STUDENTS WHO WANT TO PLAY SPORTS To Participate In All 2025-2026 EHS Athletic Programs Registration Is Required Register with ArbiterSports (formerly FAMILYID) EHS Student Athletes must have a completed and approved registration for the current 2025-2026 School year before being allowed to participate in any Athletic Programs Registration starts July 1st 2025. All Athletes are also required to have a current physical completed and uploaded for this current School Year. Register with ArbiterSports - Then Pay Booster Membership Dues. Physical Form - Open/Print Pay Booster Membership Donation Here Dues are $75/per Athlete Per EACH Sport (suggested amount) You will need to print, fill out and upload a completed Physical form that is dated after 6/30/25 and that is signed and stamped by your doctor. Upload the completed Physical form to your AribterSports login account. If needed, you may take a picture of the completed Physical and upload it. Complete your AribterSports account and fill out all of the information. You may take a photo of the Physical if no scanner is available and then upload. Please double check that the Parents Email Address and Phone Numbers are correct. Parents cannot be used as the Emergency Contact. * On the last page of the registration process with ArbiterSports you may want to Opt-Out of receiving their 3rd Party follow-up for College Recruiting to avoid a lot of unsolicited emails. Message From The Boosters The EHS Athletic Boosters Thank You For Your Support We are a group of Volunteer Parents of EHS Student Athletes that work towards enhancing and supporting all Athletic Programs at EHS. We are always in need of both Financial Support and additional Volunteers for both Board Positions and to help staff various events. We look forward to meeting other Parents of Student Athletes and look forward to seeing everyone at the Fall Sports Night, EHS Sporting Events or one of our Monthly Board Meetings that are open to all. Here are a few things that the Athletic Boosters will be providing for this 2025-2026 School Year - all from the Boosters General Fund.

Donate "what you can" for your Athlete/per sport or Sponsor another Athlete/per sport starting at $25. You can also donate to a specific sport or the general fund - no donation is too small and 100% goes to the sports programs. You can up the increments by changing the quantity. Thank You.
JET STREAM DONATION - includes 1 (one) Booster Pass to all EHS Jet home games

Make a $200 JET STREAM DONATION and receive 1 (one) EHS BOOSTER PASS (non transferable) in your name for entry into all EHS JETS Home Sporting Events (2025-2026 regular season only). This is in addition to having already made your $75 per sport/per athlete membership donation.
JET WAY DONATION - includes 2 (TWO) BOOSTER PASSES TO ALL ehs JET HOME GAMES
